Ingredients:
- 2 small pizza bases (or use pita bread)
- 4 tbsp tomato sauce
- 100 g shredded mozzarella
- 50 g pepperoni or ham (optional)
- Fresh basil leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Prepare pizza: Spread tomato sauce over each pizza base. Top with mozzarella, pepperoni or ham, and fresh basil.
- Cook: Drizzle with olive oil and place in the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 200°C and cook for 8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve: Slice and serve the mini-pizzas hot.
