Ingredients:

  • 2 small pizza bases (or use pita bread)
  • 4 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 100 g shredded mozzarella
  • 50 g pepperoni or ham (optional)
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Prepare pizza: Spread tomato sauce over each pizza base. Top with mozzarella, pepperoni or ham, and fresh basil.
  2. Cook: Drizzle with olive oil and place in the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 200°C and cook for 8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  3. Serve: Slice and serve the mini-pizzas hot.
