Ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchini
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 30 g grated Parmesan
- 1 egg (size M)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder (sweet)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing baskets)
Instructions:
- Prepare zucchini: Wash and cut zucchini into 1 cm thick sticks.
- Prepare coating: Beat the egg in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
- Coat zucchini: Dip zucchini sticks in egg and coat them with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Prepare baskets: Lightly grease the air fryer baskets and arrange the zucchini sticks evenly.
- Cook: Set the air fryer to 200°C and cook for 10 minutes. Shake halfway through for even crispness.
- Serve: Serve the crispy zucchini sticks with a yogurt dip or light herb sauce.
